dshmarket.com went eighteen days without a deploy and nothing outside that repository changed to say so. This is the same guard for this site: it watches the deployed pages rather than trusting CI's own report, so it also catches a build that never runs at all. The truth compared against is data/plugins in this repository, not the published plugins.json — the pages and that catalog come out of one build, so the published catalog would compare the site against itself and a frozen build would always look healthy. Fails when the site is more than 300 entries behind (measured growth: 62.5 entries/day, 205 on the busiest day), and also when either side cannot be read, so an unreachable site never reads as a healthy one.
