Today's reports showed the markdown template failing in the same ways over and over: every field is optional, so Environment came back blank (#51, #105, #141, #142), the log instructions lived in an HTML comment that renders invisible — one reporter attached an unrelated Dify log and another asked where the export button was — and nothing asked the two questions that决定 diagnosis: which version, and Desktop or not. Three of today's issues were already fixed in a newer release, and four were Desktop-specific and had to be inferred from paths in a log. GitHub issue forms can mark fields required, so now: - an explicit 'upgraded and retested' checkbox gates the form; - version, host (plain web / Desktop / other), OS, what, steps and the exported log are all required; - the log instructions are visible body text, not a comment; - a Desktop build/version field appears for the Desktop path. Adds a feature-request form that asks for the problem before the proposal and whether the reporter wants to implement it, and turns off blank issues so the catalog-repo redirect is unmissable.
