openviking 入口已改为 Rust CLI，裸命令 `openviking serve` 不再可用，
将示例中的引用统一更新为 `openviking-server`。同时补充 CONTRIBUTING
文档中缺失的 Rust CLI 编译说明、修正测试示例和项目结构。
