* refactor(server): decouple shared temp uploads Remove shared-upload consumption locks and state transitions so uploads remain reusable within their account for 24 hours. Store them under the fixed internal viking://upload root, clean expired account-local directories on new shared uploads, and simplify metadata and deletion cleanup.
