frontend images from ghcr.io; backend self-applies init.sql so no
host SQL mount needed; single root .env serves both compose
substitution and backend runtime config
- New .github/workflows/docker-publish.yml builds amd64+arm64 images
on v* tag push / manual dispatch, with GHA cache, concurrency
cancellation, and BUILD_REGION=global on the runner
- basic-ci.yml: add compose-check job to validate both compose files
- READMEs (EN/CN/JA/KO/TH/VI/AR): add zero-repo install snippet
