tt-a1iandDevin <158243242+devin-ai-integration[bot]@users.noreply.github.com> aa9a27eeb7 fix(viewer): cap a narrow SVG to its share beside a docked rail

The narrow-diagram cap was computed from a reader width that already
includes the docked rail and its gap, so moving the notes beside a narrow,
tall diagram gave the SVG another 308px and doubled its scale. The cap now
subtracts the docked rail's share; the shell keeps its desktop floor.
