## Why

Archived threads without previews were filtered out of thread listings, even though they had valid session metadata.

## What changed

- Include archived threads with empty previews in both SQLite and rollout-file listings.
- Add archive-specific indexes for creation, update, and recency ordering so these listings can use indexed pagination.

## Testing

Add regression coverage for paginated archive listings with and without SQLite, archive query plans that avoid temporary sorting, and metadata reads that preserve source and file timestamps for empty archived threads.
