zhu1090093659 6e4bdb94d3 refactor(web-ui): prune dead exports, helpers, and unused imports 
- drop test-only dead helpers: pet trackDuration/petDirAlias, describe-image insertNoteIntoDraft/admitPickedImage, remote-web-ui stripParam, skill-explorer errorMessage (specs trimmed together)
- remove unused imports/params across packages (tsc noUnusedLocals pass: ssh, task-board, pet, skin-center, community-plugins, liangshen)
- un-export internal-only symbols: migrate-v2 helpers, analyze-session stream, tsdown preset INLINE_SAFE/CLIENT_EXTERNALS
- delete unused PlatformModule type in shared/web-platform.ts
