The subagent worktree prune (finalize_subagent_worktree) and the two kanban scratch-workspace rmtree branches removed trees in the same process as the LSP singleton without releasing their clients; only the deleted-root sweep (<=60s later, and only with idle_timeout > 0) backstopped them. All four removal paths now call release_lsp_clients() before the tree goes. The release test drives the production entry points (kanban worktree and scratch cleanup, cli._cleanup_worktree, finalize_subagent_worktree) on a real linked worktree against the process singleton instead of calling LSPService.release_workspace directly, so a call site that stops releasing goes red (8 failed with the calls removed, 9 passed with them).
