Resolve the packages/core/api/client.ts import conflict with the issue wakeup types from main. Renumber the search index migrations from 553-555 to 561-563 because main now occupies 553-560, and update the concurrent index cleanup registry and references accordingly. Also make the member-removal e2e fall back to an unreadable sentinel instead of the shared database name so a failed read cannot pass.
