Renaming it made every machine that finished 1790042972 run it again. On a finished machine the package is installed and no link is touched either way, so the most a rerun can add is a placement an earlier run skipped because no shell was running. Against that, it puts Elsewhen back on a bar its owner removed it from, reinstalls a package they dropped, and makes one more omarchy-bar put during omarchy update, the call #12777 shows can time out against a busy shell and stop the update. Keeping the name leaves finished machines alone, and machines that have not run it yet get this version. Install through omarchy-pkg-add, the helper AGENTS.md names and every other migration calls.
