fix(infra): retain SQLite reader modules in PR wrapper inventory

The SQLite reader refactor in 43d85e5f9a extracted the reader scope
and process-spawn diagnostics without adding them to the PR wrapper's
runtime source inventory. Extracted wrappers could no longer bootstrap.

List src/infra/sqlite-readonly-worker-context.ts and
src/process/spawn-diagnostics.ts explicitly in wrapper-components.txt.
Both are runtime dependencies of already-listed modules; this is a
source extraction manifest, not a suppression or shrink-only ratchet.

Blacksmith Testbox tbx_01m35bg0swcxt8ejmr3d8vggdc, openclaw-check:
- Unmodified f0d26603a5: 5 failures, 12 passes in 12.06 seconds across
  pr-wrapper-source-closure.test.ts and eager-import-closure.test.ts.
- With the two entries and pr-worktree-provision.test.ts included:
  34 passed, 1 filesystem-dependent skip in 152.03 seconds.
- Existing regression tests retained unchanged; no production code added.
- Independent Codex review: no actionable P0-P2 findings.

The initial raw Testbox run lacked dependencies; installing the frozen
lockfile in its isolated checkout allowed the baseline replay.

Changed-file validation passed on the same Testbox (120.88 seconds):
node scripts/check-changed.mjs -- scripts/pr-lib/wrapper-components.txt
Focused tests ran through node scripts/run-vitest.mjs.
