The 2026.8.2 release branch pinned the Android train to 2026.8.2 (versionCode
2026080201) and published that APK, but the pin never reached main, which
still carried 2026.7.4. The v2026.9.1 Android publication then failed its
"Verify release source and Android version" gate because the frozen tag source
inherited the stale 2026.7.4 pin.

Carry the shipped version, versionCode, Android changelog entry, and Play
release notes forward so main reflects what is on Google Play and the next
release train starts from a monotonically increasing versionCode.
