* chore(deps): refresh macOS and iOS app dependencies * fix(macos): bundle MLX resources and refresh embedded CUA Use Swift Build for MLX shaders and copy helper resource bundles into the app's signed Resources directory. Reject packages without the Metal library. Refresh CUA to the newest quarantine-eligible version with matched native artifact digests. Correct two pre-existing iOS test expectations uncovered by the full suite and align dependency documentation with the owning contracts. * fix(macos): resolve MLX products through SwiftPM
