Fini cbcfd14311 fix(mcp): normalize mobile screens on every MCP write path ...

An external model driving the raw MCP tools gets none of the mobile-screen
contract the orchestrator and design-agent paths apply, so it draws its own
status bar and lets a phone screen grow past its viewport. Measured on a
50-task Opus 5 run: 13 of 20 app tasks hand-drew a "Status Bar" and 5 left
the root at fit_content, one rendering 375x1390. The status-bar
normalization is now a shared entry point wired into every MCP write path:
a hand-drawn bar becomes the canonical node, a missing one is inserted,
duplicates are dropped. Viewport height is only forced to 812 when the root
is phone-sized, carries the canonical bar, and its height is exactly
fit_content — a deliberate long-form design keeps its height.
