Kayshen-X bc18491fe9 fix(mobile): stop editor ime sync from dismissing overlay keyboards ...

While the native login / registration overlay is visible, its EditTexts
own the soft keyboard, but the per-frame editor IME sync still asked the
engine for text focus and hid the keyboard (or stole view focus) the
moment the overlay's keyboard came up — the very insets dispatch that
reported the keyboard visible scheduled the frame that dismissed it.
Gate the coordinator on overlay visibility and reconcile on release.
