Two reds the first CI run that actually executed on this branch caught,
both from a constant living in more than one place.
The runtime catalog exporter keeps its own EXPECTED_KEY_COUNT beside the
Rust-side assertion in `catalog_integrity_tests`. The Studio entry
surface bumped the Rust one to 1852 and left the exporter at 1717, so
the WASM bundle job failed on "English catalog has 1852 keys; expected
1717". Bump it and point each at the other, and have the exporter's own
test read the constant instead of repeating the number a third time.
The collab security-boundary check enforces the repository's 800-line
cap over `op-editor-host-core/src`, where `settings_io_tests.rs` arrived
from upstream at 807 lines. Split the payload round-trips into a sibling
at the same seam the file already uses for its other two test modules.
