Vidal Guillermo Diazleal Ortega 5151f41f3f npm package security updates (babel/traverse) 
I ran the following script to update @babel/traverse from 7.15.4 to 7.23.2 packages
to address the security issue tracked in crbug.com/1493744:

`npm run install-deps audit fix --audit-level=critical`

Tim van der Lippe fe1b426acc Update Istanbul packages and configuration 
- Update istanbul-lib-instrument (breaking change is not affecting us)
- Explicitly update @istanbuljs/schema to 0.1.3. This directly instructs
Babel to accept top-level await. As such, we can remove our special
configuration for our `ui/components/docs` folder, which we can now
safely preprocess.

Tim van der Lippe 5e33ec715d Run npm dedupe to cleanup node_modules tree 
This Cl is the output of the following command:

npm run install-deps -- dedupe

This is an attempt to reduce the amount of disk usage of
the node_modules folder. For more information, see
https://github.com/eslint/eslint/issues/14098

Tim van der Lippe 597193051b Use karma-coverage in favor of community-maintained packages 
We were using community-maintained for integrating Istanbul with
Karma. However, there appears to be an official karma-coverage
plugin that is maintained by the Karma team. Moreover, the latest
changes on that plugin have removed dependencies on packages
that have reported vulnerabilities.

Therefore, use karma-coverage and remove the old community-maintained
packages to significantly reduce the amount of vulnerable NPM
packages.
