Alina Varkki 9b0b36187f Show initial priority in network events summary in Performance Panel ...

Even though the priority might change, we previously only showed the initial fetch priority of the resource under the 'priority' field.
This change adds the 'initial priority' field and 'priority' field now displays the final priority.
