Philip Pfaffe bd22e62bdc Add a cxx+dwarf e2e test using the symbol server 
Test the cxx+dwarf plugin the same way as the mock plugin, but using the
symbol server. To run the test, the server must be running, and the
environment variable WITH_SYMBOL_SERVER needs to be set.
