Tim van der Lippe 0005b80576 Minify html template literals in release mode ...

Because of https://github.com/asyncLiz/minify-html-literals/issues/37
we are unable to minify CSS in template literals. However,
since we are moving CSS over into separate files, we can minify
these CSS files separately.

This also caught two issues with our templates, one of which was missing
the closing tag name whereas the other was missing the closing angle
bracket. As such, in release mode, we are now fully validating our
HTML structure.
