The upstream Chromium CL https://crrev.com/c/4039561 added a new field "expires". This is currently missing and causing our CQ/CI runs to fail. Instead of reverting this CL adds the missing field, which needs to happen anyway. This folder is for Chrome-specific tests only. Tests that should work across browsers should be placed in third_party/blink/web_tests/external/wpt.
