Patrick Brosset 67a1794974 Bring back expander icons for the Flex and Grid sections in Layout pane 
When the following CL landed, <summary> elements layouts changed

The Layout pane in devtools uses <summary> elements and relies on its to
display the expand/collapse triangle icons next to section titles.
It had defined a display:flex style on them too.
Since that CL, having display:flex made the icon disappear.

In this CL, I'm removing it and styling the ::marker to make sure it
looks like other expander icons throughout devtools.
