Paul Lewis 5dffe71f67 [unit test] Add flag for expanded test name info ...

In the typical case we run the unit tests with the `dot` reporter. This
CL allows the use of the karma-spec-reporter instead by setting the
EXPANDED_REPORTING environment variable.
