Seth Brenith 7fc910118f In heap snapshots, treat backing storage size as part of the object
In my conversations with JavaScript developers, they strongly prefer the
option introduced in https://crrev.com/c/5215444 because it better
matches JavaScript language semantics and shows fewer objects that are
inscrutable engine internals. This change enables that option for all
snapshots, unless the user has checked the box entitled "Expose
internals (includes additional implementation-specific details)".

This change also fixes a small bug uncovered by the Blink test case
heap-snapshot-statistics.js: if a hidden node is owned directly by the
root node (which never happens in real snapshots), we should not
transfer the shallow size of that hidden node onto the root node.
