Andrés Olivares fcd3b9d082 Use skia perf data format on devtools perf tests ...

In preparation to upload devtools benchmarks to skia perf, we need to
comply with the format of the service documented at
https://skia.googlesource.com/buildbot/+/refs/heads/main/perf/FORMAT.md

This CL formats the benchmarks results based on this format,
specifically on the Result format: https://pkg.go.dev/go.skia.org/infra/perf/go/ingest/format#Result

Once this is in place, we can upload the results and the rest of the
data to skia perf from our bots.
