Yi 236d49ab78 [Dev Tools] Manual deps roll for deprecation of an option in CreateImageBitmap ...

This is a manual roll of dependencies in order to use the deprecation
option "{imageOrientation: None}" in CreateImageBitmap that landed in:
https://crrev.com/c/4143961

I followed the instructions in https://source.chromium.org/chromium/chromium/src/+/main:third_party/blink/renderer/core/frame/deprecation/README.md

Run the following Commands:
$ ./scripts/deps/roll_deps.py ~/chromium/src ~/devtools/devtools-frontend
$ npm run generate-protocol-resources
