This also includes some fixes in the rule implementations that are required for the 5.0.0 breaking change as documented in https://github.com/typescript-eslint/typescript-eslint/releases/tag/v5.0.0 which lists the AST-Spec changes. Specifically, `ClassProperty` was renamed to `PropertyDefinition`.
