Tim van der Lippe 9a648e019e Remove resources from module.json files in panels/{animation,elements} ...

These files are no longer retrieved via the legacy CSS infrastructure,
therefore we can delete them from the module.json files. Since
panels/elements still transitively depends on the ui/legacy/module.json
file, we can sadly not delete the file yet.
