Tim van der Lippe cf4887dd50 Remove modules from module.json ...

This removes all declarations of modules in module.json. All of these
are now unused, since we load all files either explicitly in layout
tests or import them using ES modules.

The timeline_model/module.json file was empty after this change, so
I removed that one as well.
