Patrick Brosset 07f478f0cc Grid: Remove the cssGridFeatures experiment flag ...

This experiment has been enabled by default in September 2020:
https://chromium-review.googlesource.com/c/devtools/devtools-frontend/+/2416525

It is time to remove it and graduate the feature to a non-experimental
state.
