Raphael Kubo da Costa 81585eced1 Rewrite some UI.Geometry.EulerAngles layout tests as unittests.

We already have some unittests in the tree; rewrite some layout tests that
are currently in Chromium in
third_party/blink/web_tests/http/tests/devtools/components/geometry.js so
that we can change the API more easily. This will make fixing bug 1137281
simpler.
