Johan Bay f04b99c38e Remove redundant aria labels and update tests ...

crrev.com/c/2039270 introduced a redundant aria-label on every context
submenu for testing purposes. Now that Puppeteer supports querying the
AOM for computed name and role, we can use that instead and remove the
labels.
