Simon Zünd e15f3efe0a [eslint] Prevent the export of the UIStrings object ...

Sharing translations between files is not officially supported yet
and even if we would do so, the path will go most likely over the
module's respective ModuleUIStrings file (already happening in some
cases).

Note that this CL doesn't yet enable the rule, as it would touch
all files using UIStrings objects currently.
