Tim van der Lippe ae9e00a5c3 Make both text_editor and source_frame autostart ...

These modules contain CSS files that are about to be (partially)
removed with the CodeMirror 6 upgrade. To avoid merge conflicts and
breakages, let's make them autostart for now. This allows us to
clean up and remove numerous other module.json files, which were
blocked on just these two. In a future Chrome release, we will
remove the legacy text_editor altogether, at which we can remove
all these files.
