Victor Porof aeef8d7c88 Automatically ignore-list code based on source map hints ...

This CL affects V8 blackboxing on the backend, and the presentation of call frames in the Call Stack sidebar pane on the frontend.

The situations in which ignore-listing will affect the UI on the frontend will be consolidated in separate CLs.
