Nancy Li 1bf6c88343 [RPP] Make TreeManipulator to support .cpuprofile ...

If the thread is CPU_PROFILE type, the |entryToNode| should come from |Samples.entryToNode|

Also updated the TreeManipulator a little bit for some small bug in "collapse":
- Remove the |thread| in TreeManipulator since we don't need it
- make a copy of the |root.children|
