Jacky Hu 977cc58cb5 Display non-Color CSSVariable value in style autocompletions 
Previously, ONLY "Color CSSVariable value" will display in style
autocompletions.

This CL will also display "non-Color CSSVariable" value in
autocompletions, without change list order.


How to test:
1. open empty page
2. open devtools
3. add new style to check style autocompletions work.

Note:
  If "non-Color CSSVariable value" without "max-width" limitation, will
take too much space. The UX are bad in some case.
