This is a first step towards evaluating expressions with source map resolution in the console. This patch only replaces single variables expressions with the name inferred from the source map. The feature is behind a flag because it is still far from being usable (e.g., no support for more complex expressions, auto-complete, partial expression evaluation, fallback UI, etc.).
