Alex Rudenko a9f40de958 Round contrast ratio down ...

Previously, the contrast ratio might have been rounded up (using
toFixed) giving confusing results. For example, the value 6.997
is below the threshold of 7.00, but it was shown as 7.00 and the
contrast value was still marked as insufficient.
