Jack Franklin cbe8a7dd97 [DataGrid] rewrite tests to click and drag columns like a user would ...

This changes makes the data grid resizing tests click and drag on the X,
Y of each column to resize, rather than querying for it in the DOM. This
also found a bug where if we have a hidden column the resizers aren't in
the right position!
