Andrés Olivares d7ebb77c9f Fixes to RPP minimap

1. Don't ignore events for which a style category isn't defined, instead
   used a default "other" value. This will make the cpu overview more
   populated (as it used to be).

2. Only draw the minimap once the timing data has been set. Because we
   are only drawing the minimap once, we need to make sure the data
   available for doing so is complete. Specifically, that the window
   bounds. This will ensure markers (navigations, lcp, fcp, etc) are
   placed correctly in the single time we draw the timeline.

3. Don't force a model update when source maps are resolved. We don't
   need to, and doing so will make the minimap attempt to redraw.
