Jack Franklin 478d46836b Fix rendering of NodeText in LayoutPane 
The `new NodeText` pattern causes inefficient re-renders, which we
discovered on the breadcrumbs component.

Whilst fixing that bug I noticed that the LayoutPane tests don't run in
isolation due to having no ThemeSupport instance. I've updated the test
setup to create one at the start of all the tests.
