John Emau aff115d380 [Lighthouse] Expect long-tasks audit to flake ...

Because long-tasks relies on time taken to complete a task [1],
the result is dependent on the performance of the machine running the test
and may result in the score `notApplicable`.

This has been flaky on some Win10 machines.
