Sigurd Schneider b820513f2f Rewrite heap snapshot test as e2e test
This rewrites the following chrome-side test
inspector-protocol/heap-profiler/heap-snapshot-merged-nodes.js
as end-to-end test.

The CL also introduces the necessary helpers to port the remaining
tests to e2e tests.
