Pin @github/copilot-sdk to 1.0.15-unstable.35393089353.gfc44743 and couple product metadata to its bundled Copilot CLI 1.0.85-unstable.r35379093703.g3514c9a.

Refresh the provider prompt baselines to capture the restored pre-github/copilot-agent-runtime#15054 shell prompt and Bash detach tool-description policy.
