Details

feat: add DTCG compiler + P2 token compile pipeline (with unit tests)

- dtcg-compile: DTCG tree -> :root CSS vars + ES module (lightweight,
  no style-dictionary dependency; $type inheritance, kebab-case names)
- P2 pipeline: webhook update-file -> pull DTCG -> compileAndWrite
  tokens.css/tokens.json
- 3 unit tests (flatten/type-inheritance/js-strip) pass via node --test
