docs: build the site navigation from docs/ (#282)

The navigation listed four pages and left the platform and hooks guides out, without failing the strict build. Zensical now builds the navigation from docs/ so new pages appear without a config change. navigation.indexes makes hooks/index.md the Hooks section page, and the landing page links to both guides.
