test(workshop): bind MCP scheduler in experience review fixture

Bind the existing lifecycle-owned test scheduler before Workshop review scenarios. Gateway startup already binds its scheduler; retain the production admission requirement and all behavioral assertions.

Reproduced all six failures on main at 2c97229f4c (114.80s). All 594 tests across the Workshop and agent-bundle-MCP families pass with the fixture fix (261.26s overall; E2E 80.73s). Core typecheck, formatting, whitespace checks, staged-content scans, and independent review pass.
