Add build scripts to package.json

I am rather fond of Cmd/Ctrl+Shift+B in VSCode to build my current
project. However, that presupposes that there is a script in the
package.json named "build" (or some variant, e.g., "build-release").
This CL adds those scripts to the package.json file.
